Product Testing Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in testing our new face cream! Please read the terms and conditions below carefully before participating:

Trial Period
Participants will receive a 7-day supply of our new face cream, free of charge. The trial begins on the day the product is delivered.

Feedback Requirement
All participants agree to provide honest feedback after the 7-day trial via a short online survey or feedback form provided by us.

Keep or Return

After the trial, participants may choose to keep the product by paying a special discounted price (details will be provided via email).

If you choose not to keep the product, simply return it using the pre-paid shipping label included in the package.

Non-Return Policy
If the product is not returned within 10 days after the trial period ends, and no payment has been made, we reserve the right to issue an invoice and bill you for the product at a special discounted price, which will be clearly communicated to you at the end of the trial.

One Trial Per Person
Limit of one trial per person.

Eligibility
This offer is only open to participants residing in New Zealand. Must be 18 years or older to participate.

No Resale
Products received as part of the trial program may not be resold.

Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the product testing program at any time.

2. Ordering Process

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase Products from us. You will receive an email acknowledging your order; however, the order is only confirmed once we send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and bank transfers via a secure payment platform. Your card will be charged at the time of order.

4. Credit/Debit Card Payments

If your card issuer declines payment, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery. All payments are subject to standard validation and fraud checks.

DELIVERY, RETURNS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

We dispatch within 1–2 working days, and no later than 5 working days. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will notify you and offer a revised delivery estimate or refund.

Ownership and risk in the Products pass to you upon delivery.

9. Cancelling or Changing Orders

10. Returns Policy (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind, you may return unopened Products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to:

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are your responsibility unless the Products are faulty.

11. Faulty Products

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for any faulty Products. Please contact us within a reasonable period and return the Product for assessment. If confirmed as faulty, we will cover return shipping and provide a refund or replacement.
